STATE FAIR ATTRACTION TEACHES SUSTAINABILITY
Representatives of Grand Island Area Clean Community System were at the fair on Tuesday to show kids that even a common plastic bag, used to transport items before the bag is thrown away, can be made into something fun, such as a plastic bag parachute.
